Registration can be completed online through our official conference webpage. Early bird registration is available until September 15, 2025. After that, standard registration fees will apply.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us by September 30, 2025, to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 1, 2025.
